Her knowledge of body movement and athletic performance is a huge asset when training with her, as she knows how to target every muscle group and works with any type of injury or restriction. I was training for a half marathon in Canmore but felt like I needed something more. Amy was that something more, she propelled my fitness level forward, gave me the abdominal strength back that I desperately needed for endurance and protecting my back from a world of pain; and muscle definition (that I didn’t think I would get back) and a re-found love of a true butt kicking.
