Wake up- Go for it!


Early morning swim training this morning, surprise 500m time trial! Whew! First workout of the day done. Teaching two indoor cycling classes today and then strength training with my club this evening. Today is one of those days you just have to remind yourself that the hard work will pay off. You ARE doing this for a reason.

Getting the workouts in!

Feeling good so far this week, getting in all of my workouts! Had to remind myself to also start paying close attention to my nutrition as my training hours┬ápick up again. Pool tomorrow morning at 6am, the workout I’ve been dreading…getting back in the pool has been the biggest struggle.
